台南晶英酒店隆重迎接臺南四百，邀請國際剪紙大師楊士毅，以城市承先啟後、再續四百年的理念，雕塑此幅「一切美好 源自於心」大型裝置藝術，高掛於挑高7米之大廳，與飯店營造的雋永人文建築風格相互呼應，期望藉由雙手，將府城獨有的人情味，蔓延各地。
楊士毅表示作品靈感源自於「傳承」二字，臺南文史歷經四百年輪轉，每代人皆以無私的心、毫無保留地將美好事物傳遞給身邊的人。作品裡的主角環抱著象徵「永恆的愛」的桔梗花作為起點，猶如每個人都願意將生命中最純粹的幸福心意分享給所愛的人，代代相傳延續到永遠。
除此之外，作品更傳達著希望新世代能透過人際間的凝聚力，在傳統中注入新思維，創新同時也串聯起過往的軌跡與脈絡，在永續共好的盛世之下盡情發展無限可能，經由雙手將心中最感人的「美好」承接給下一代。

Tainan is embracing 400 years in 2024. Silks Place Tainan invites the world-renowned paper-cutting master Shih-Yi Yang to create such a magnificent piece as “Good Things Come from the Heart.” It delivers the essential spirit of love spreading through our hands.
According to Shih-Yi Yang, everyone inspires the next generation with a selfless heart by passing on the most beautiful things. Shih-Yi Yang has chosen the Lisianthus as a symbol of eternal love, just like every one is willing to share their purest and happiest feelings, which are then carried on through the years and last forever.
Moreover, the artwork also strives to encourage the new generation to infuse fresh perspectives into tradition while preserving and bridging the legacy of the past and future. By fostering boundless possibilities in this sustainable era, it seeks to transmit the essence of ‘Good Things’ from generation to generation.

楊士毅是剪紙藝術家、是攝影師、也是導演，歷年作品獲得國內外大小獎項無數肯定，曾以《爸爸的手指頭》入圍2007年金馬獎最佳創作短片。剪紙藝術作品往往突破傳統，從紙張延伸到多元媒材，2017年為Apple蘋果101旗艦店開幕創作出75公尺剪紙帷幕「有閒來坐」享譽國際，台南安平「大魚的祝福」、將軍區扇形鹽田的「生命之樹」、河樂廣場「大海的寶物」等裝置藝術皆為知名作品。
｜About Shih-Yi Yang｜
Shih-Yi Yang is a multifaceted artist, proficient not only in the intricate art of paper cutting but also in the fields of photography and directing. Throughout his career, he has numerous awards, both nationally and internationally. Notably, his film ‘Father’s Finger’ achieved recognition with a nomination for Best Creative Short Film at the prestigious 2007 Golden Horse Awards. Shih-Yi Yang has consistently pushed the boundaries of tradition, expanding his artistic scope beyond paper into various media, including the monumental 75-metre paper-cut masterpiece titled ‘Take a Seat When You Have Time’ for the first opening of the Apple 101 flagship store in 2017, as well as large-scale installation works ‘Blessing of the Big Fish’ in Anping, the ‘Tree of Life’ in the fan-shaped salt fields of Jiangjun and “The Treasure from the Sea” at The Spring.
